Artistic Deco Apartment

Pros: I liked that it has 2 bedrooms which are spacious. The assistant Milto was very helpful. There is a small balcony to allow for clothes to hang dry. The was a multipurpose electric stove/oven. There were many TV channels to see.

Cons: It has only one bathroom, which was small, The TV remote batteries were dead. There was no laundry detergent. The front gate was somehow locked when we were trying to check out, luckily there was a spare key.

Exceptional value with exceptional location ❤️

Pros: Milto was fab gave us so much information about the area and advice etc.... Location was perfect all major attractions within walking distance... Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel provided... Even a Washing machine!!

Cons: Windows but couldn't open blinds so no natural light available but genuinely was not an issue as we didn't spend much time in apartment and was perfect otherwise

Excellent value for money

Pros: Met by a friendly host, flat exceptionally clean, about a 20 minute walk to the Acropolis and Plaka area

Cons: Although the shower worked great, the tiles could do with a paint as it looks a little off putting

Pros: Nice comfy beds. Excellent location. Pleasant walk to all the local sights and easy public transport links. Host met us there with plenty of friendly information.

Cons: If you want to use the kettle or the cooker, you have to make sure all other electrical appliances are off or the fuse switch trips off. Bit of a nuisance being winter with heaters on, but nothing major to moan about. There are no views from the windows, but they do let daylight in nicely.

Great, comfortable accommodation, in a very good location, in a safe area.

Pros: Near to the main cultural heritages, very good location.

Cons: A microwave would have been nice

A real great place to be right in the centre of Athens.

Pros: Great position, 10 mins from Syntagma. Everything was perfect - I have no complaints. I arrived late (because of flight delay) and Miltos waited for me to show me everything around. I felt very safe coming alone back home even very late, and this is an important point for me. Absolutely recommended.

Cons: Nothing, I have no complains.

Nice, central and comfortable

Pros: Nice, comfortable and clean apartment for 4 persons. Very central, only a couple of minutes from Panepistimio metro station and with lots of buses and trolleybuses nearby. Well-equipped kitchen and efficient a/c, which was a blessing during a heatwave. Washing machine, drying rack and a place to dry the washing outside. Friendly host who gave us lots of information.

Cons: The washing machine is installed in a somewhat unorthodox way, but it worked without problems for us. The host was supposed to order a taxi for us on our departure, but the taxi never showed up. I recommend using a taxi app instead.

Excellent property and location and very helpful staff.

Pros: Superb! The apartment is very nicely fitted and decorated and is in a great location. We travelled with our two kids (20 and 19 years old) and the twin bedroom was large enough for them. We had the double bed in the other bedroom which was very comfortable. We walked to all the main touristic sites from there and found lots of great places nearby to eat. We had a check-in in the middle of the night (3.30am); when we arrived a lovely gentleman was waiting for us. This gentleman also organised a taxi to take us to the ferry port. Very helpful. I would recommend this property without any hesitation.

Great location for a short city break

Pros: The location was very central in Athens, so very easy to get everywhere. The street was quite quiet, so no noisy traffic. The apartement was a good size, and clean. The kitchen was well equipped should you have wanted to cook.

Un rapport qualité prix très correct

Pros: La propreté, l'emplacement de l'appartement est parfait, à proximité des sites touristiques, des transports et des commerces. L'appartement est très spacieux et confortable. .

Cons: J'avais déjà signalé un problème avec la clef d'entrée de l'immeuble lors de notre 1er séjour dans cet appartement. C'est un peu galère pour entrer, on y passe beaucoup de temps car la clef ne tourne pas dans la serrure. Il faut vraiment faire qq chose car un jour il y aura un gros problème. A signaler la cafetière qui fuit, donc nous avons abandonné l'idée de l'utiliser.
