Pros: Beautifully located in quiet affluent residential area, the apartment is modern, well decorated and caters for all your needs. Lots of balconies to utilise and the roof terrace is just glorious. Just a 15 minute stroll to the beach, a mini mart conveniently just 2 minutes away … an excellent location to enjoy exploring Vouliagmeni from!

perfect location, nice rooftop

Pros: good location fully equipped kitchen nice rooftop (unfortunately was too hot and windy to enjoy)

Cons: the room on the upper floor was too warm even with the aircon on. impossible for our daughter to sleep there. such a pity because the room was useless and she slept on the sofa. weird smell in the bathroom.
