Modern Apartment near Kifisias ave

Pros: Everything about the place was super. The flat is very clean, spacious, and modern. It has all the facilities and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Rooms are very good size with big wardrobes and very comfy beds. The location is great, it's on a quiet residential road but there are lots of coffee shops and restaurants just a few steps from the building. Kostas is a super host who was just one phone call away and was very attentive to all our requests. I highly recommend it and I will definelty come back to stay in this lovely flat:)

Cons: Nothing at all

Pros: Our stay at this property was delightful! The house was incredibly spacious and featured a modern design that made us feel instantly at ease. Everything was clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful details like slippers provided for guests—a pleasant surprise that added a touch of comfort. The area was wonderfully quiet, perfect for relaxation, yet conveniently located with plenty of options for groceries or dining out nearby. These elements combined to create a very welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

Cons: While the overall experience was great, a few minor details detracted from the otherwise high standard of the property. There were some unfinished cables and cupboards that appeared unevenly installed, which gave the impression that certain aspects of the house weren't entirely completed. The stains between the wall and ground tiles in the shower could use some extra attention. Additionally, the duvets didn't have covers, and Netflix wasn't accessible on the TV. If not for these small points, I would absolutely rate this place a perfect 10!

Big luxury apartment for a short stay

Pros: Big new apartment, Spacious living room with good balcony. Good windows and blinds - no bugs, no noise, no sunlight! Clean and fresh.

Cons: The apartment needs more equipment in the kitchen. I could not find a proper knife and cutting board, no tea kettle - had to boil water a big pot... Apartment is newly built building and still looks very empty. Furniture is enough, but minimal - empty walls and corners, wires sticking out where lamps will be at some point. The place lacks cosines. The wifi was not strong enough to cover all the apartment. Connectivity is lost in the bedrooms.

Pros: Πολύ ωραίο και μεγάλο σπίτι.. σε ωραία περιοχή.. με μερικές διορθώσεις και κάποιες παροχές παραπάνω το σπίτι θα είναι ακόμα πιο τέλειο.

Άνετη διαμονή

Pros: Το κατάλυμα είναι εξαιρετικά ευρύχωρο σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία με ευκολο πάρκινγκ. Έχει μεγάλη κουζίνα και δύο μπάνια και επομένως ιδιαίτερα βολικό για φιλοξενία δύο οικογενειών με παιδιά.

Cons: Στα αρνητικά του θα έβαζα ότι αποτελείται από τελείως βασικά στοιχεία, με την έννοια ότι δεν έχουν τοποθετηθεί φωτιστικά οροφής, γάντζοι για τις πετσετες στο μπάνιο κ.α. Χρειάζεται περισσότερη προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια γιατί είναι ένα κατάλυμα που μπορεί να προσφέρει ανέσεις στον φιλοξενούμενο. Η καθαριότητα αρκετά καλή όχι όμως εξαιρετική., θα θελαμε καθαρό μπαλκονι, με τραπεζάκι και καρεκλιτσες (δεν είχε) και καθαρο φουρνο.

Πολυ ομορφο και ησυχο διαμερισμα κοντα στα αξιοθεατα της πολης

Pros: Πολυ καλη και ησυχη περιοχη με προσβαση σε μινι-μαρκετ και φουρνο στα 5' με τα ποδια

Cons: Η επικοινωνια με τον ιδιοκτητη

Υπέροχη διαμονή!

Pros: Υπέροχο διαμέρισμα, ευρύχωρο,καθαρό σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία. Άνετο παρκινγκ στη περιοχή. Πολύ κοντά σε καταστήματα και εστιατόρια. Η επικοινωνία με τον διαχειριστή ήταν άριστη.

Pros: Βρίσκεται σε πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή και είναι μεγάλο με 2 μπάνια και 2 υπνοδωμάτιο μεγάλο σαλόνι και κουζίνα!! Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός σε ο,τι χρειάστηκαμε! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!!

Pros: Το διαμέρισμα είναι άψογο και μεγάλο, κατάλληλο και για οικογένεια.✌️

Όλα υπέροχα!

Pros: Φοβερό σπίτι! Ευρύχωρο, καθαρό, καινούριο και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία! Σίγουρα θα ξαναρθουμε! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!
