Pros: An exceptional experience! Great location! Everything was within walking distance. Comfortable beds, quiet nights, air conditioning, and a convenient late check-in. Communication with Aliki was smooth and quick, and she provided plenty of helpful recommendations. I’m grateful for the lovely birthday surprise. We were very satisfied with everything!

Good value

Pros: The property is spacious, all the amenities are available, the location is right in the middle of the downtown, convenient to walk to everywhere.

Cons: No lift available, with heavy suitcase is a bit inconvenient.

Fantastic family stay

Pros: Perfect location for our 5 year old twins in the hot weather, 1 minute walk away from cafes, shops and markets. Located right near the main church and 1km walk to the Acropolis. 1km away from parliament house and National Gredens (which have an awesome kids playground inside). The bathroom, shower, kitchen (fully equipt), bedrooms were all extremely clean. The beds were comfortable and the air-conditioned worked perfectly. Aliki was very responsive to all messages and very helpful with her suggestions. We would highly recommend this apartment for a family with young kids and would def stay here again.

Pros: Absolutely lovely location and host. If visiting Athens for the first time, book this place blindly.

Cons: All of it was really nice. The only thing missing was an overhead shower which I felt would be better than a handheld shower. But that’s it really. Loved the place.

Best base to explore historic Athens

Pros: Great stay overall in a great location. Well maintained and well appointed apartment with adequate toiletries, towels etc in bathroom and good range of kitchen equipment and appliances for those who wish to use them during their stay. The host is very kind and helpful, as well as prompt in replies.

Absolutely perfect location , comfort and cleanliness

Pros: Everything was absolutely perfect from the excellent location ( ~15 min walk away to all ancient Athens sights), to the comfort and cleanliness; very safe and it was close to everything you needed. Aliki , the host is charming and very helpful.

Pros: Very close to everything you need. Cafes, Metro station, Bars, Markets. So easy to get around to all site-seeing places. Love Plaka.

Cons: Can be a little noisy at night, but being so close to everything, happy to put up with that.

Fantastic! Well equipped, spacious apartment - perfectly located for the main sights.

Pros: The apartment is wonderful - and better than the pictures show (much brighter). It was perfectly located near all the main attractions so we could walk everywhere. The apartment is well equipped with everything required for a longer stay (numerous pots and pans and crockery). The bathroom is large with a powerful shower. The lounge is comfortable for relaxing. Aliki's information was gratefully received, especially the restaurant recommendations.

Cons: The only downside was the noise at night; the bedroom windows are not soundproof and unfortunately there is noise throughout the night. However, we were aware of this before booking and it is to be expected for such a central location - so just bring ear plugs and everything is good!

Pros: Location.... Location.... just the best spot in Plaka. Clean and very comfortable.... great facilities and close to everything
