Luxury 4 Bedrooms Apartment Near Flisvos Marina

Pros: Nice location Terrace Each bedroom has a private bathroom Stylishly furnished apartment with new furniture

Cons: Minor details not worth mentioning in an almost perfect apartment.

Pros: The apartment is very spacious, every bedroom has its own bathroom and one additional for the living room. The balcony is very big, with space to stay and spend your time. The apartment is placed near supermarkets and metro station.

Cons: The apartment was not very well cleand after the previous guests. The frezeer was full of ice and cannot been used. There was not enough soap at the bathrooms, was finished after the first day. There was not dishwasher detergent. Another bad thing was that we had to use ACs for heating. This was not very comfortable, because we had to keep them working around the clock. Unfortunately, we were in Athens when the weather was not very friendly (max 7-8 degrees C).

Fantastic apartment in Athens

Pros: Really well built, modern, smart apartment. It was perfect for a group of 6 (one couple) with each bedroom being ensuite with a double and a TV. Very secure with a sizeable balcony and stylish well lit kitchen/diner/living room. Neighbours seemed friendly. Gym and tram very close.

Cons: Very minor things. Bin could be bigger for 6. Dishwasher was quite ineffective, kettle needed replacing - lid didn't open properly and didn't shut off when boiling. Microwave was too small for dinner plates and shower drains need some drain clear. Sounds a lot, but worth mentioning as they are easily changed (except the dishwasher).

Pros: The host changed our apartment to another one with similar features due to problems in the original one

Pros: Piękny przestronny apartament , 4 sypialnie , 5 łazienek , ogromny salon i część jadalna . Apartament posiada wszystko czego potrzeba. Spokojna i cicha okolica. Spacerem blisko do morza , stacja merta i bardzo tanie taxi, wiec bezproblemowo można dostać się do ścisłego centrum miasta

Pros: Die Lage zum Stadion Georgios Karaiskakis war perfekt. Die Wohnung ist für Freunde perfekt, da jedes Schlafzimmer sein eigenes Badezimmer hat und alles war sehr sauber!

Cons: Die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter war sehr träge und am Wochenende noch schwieriger. Das System mit der Fernbedienung zum Öffnen der Tür ist nicht gut gelöst, vor allem wenn man eine größere Gruppe ist. Die Hauseingangstür lies sich nicht von der Wohnung aus öffnen. So musste immer jemand vom 4. Stock ins EG laufen.

Pros: Duży przestronny apartament z wygodnymi sypialniami. Położenie w dzielnicy mieszkalnej niedaleko stacji kolejki którą w kilkanaście minut można dostać się do centrum Aten.

Cons: Problematyczny system otwierania apartamentu za pomocą pilota zarówno aby wejść i wyjść z apartamentu. Dostępny tylko jeden taki pilot więc będąc większą grupą która nie zawsze spędza czas razem było to dosyć uciążliwe.

Pros: de ruimte van het appartement was top, elke kamer had ook zijn eigen badkamer, zijn eigen airco, de ligging van het appartement was perfect.

Cons: de vaatwasser want deze is niet goed geplaatst, hij stond gewoon los, men krijgt hem zeer moeilijk open. Er was ook maar 1 sleutel en afstandbediening voor de deur, dus als er iemand buiten was kon er ook niemand naar buiten omdat en dan de deur gewoon niet open kreeg. Naar veiligheid is dit niet oke! Te weinig waterglazen en wijnglazen voor 8 personen.
