Pros: Κοντα στο μετρο, καθαρο, συγκατοικηση χωρις προβληματα

Cons: Το μπανιο ειχε μονιμα νερα στο πατωμα, αργοτερα εμαθα πως ηταν βλαβη στο σιφονι κ κληθικε τεχνικος να το φτιαξει, κατα τ αλλα κανενα παραπονο
