Pros: Polite staff, clean room and really spacious, breakfast buffet with many choices, relaxing atmosphere and a beautiful lobby with its chandelier. I was feeling like Sia swinging from the chandelier :)

Pros: It was a perfect vacation. I enjoyed it beyond my expectations. The doorman (I think his name was Antonio) was very kind. He can inform you about everything in the city. He does everything he can to help you and make you happy. If I come back to Athens, I will stay at this hotel again. The room and breakfast were wonderful. Every day we walked from the hotel to tourist attractions, and everywhere was very safe. I chose this place from among many options and was satisfied. The parking fee was very high, but other than that, everything was great

Pros: Location is fine, good connection with metro and bus lines. Parking u have to pay (thats ok), 35€ per day and they will park your car. Service like valet, reception, buffet restaurant were good.

Cons: Room service guy was not so helpful. We checked in after 10pm and were looking for two glasses and he was saying (maybe joking) that we have to pay them 15€… but for now he will see what he can do for us so we dont pay them. Like he was our hero or something 😂 maybe it would be better when we asked for ice, he said that we have to go at 7th floor and picked it up by ourselves. Fine…

Perfect stay for a long weekend in Athens!

Pros: Breakfast and location are the two highlights of the hotel! I got upgraded and when requesting a hour late check-out I was offered it for free. Rooms were big, with cleaners regularly coming and checking for any need (water being complimentary). The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the closest tube station and 20 minutes far from the city center, but still based in the entertaining area of Kolonaki with a vibrant night life

Cons: Room was not perfectly quite - you can hear noises from the next door - and we couldn't book a slot in the sauna/SPA area due to busy agenda

Pros: The hotel was exceptional. The room was big enough for a family of 4, it was clean and the housekeepers were keeping the room tidy and clean! The staff was kind and nice. The atmosphere was elegant and the decoration for Christmas and the new year was marvelous!

Cons: When the housekeeping staff cleaned the room, they would remove the used cups, glasses, slippers, blazers without replacing them.
