Pros: Very very clean and great location. Staff friendly and helpful

Cons: Check in was not ready for 3pm unfortunately but they did provide a complementary drink for this.

Good facilities, renovated, convenient and safe location

Pros: Room size, facilities & location and overall polite and helpful staff

Cons: Better communication between the front desk and the housekeeping supervisor is needed. Although it had been requested and recorded that the check-out would be at 12:00, the housekeeping supervisor opened the room door at 10:20. This is still not acceptable since the regular check-out time is until 11:00.

It can be recommended to stay for 2 to 3 days . Location is near to acropolis and taxis are reachable .

Great comfortable hotel.

Pros: The room was very roomy and well set out. The staff very obliging and very helpful. Overall the hotel was one of the better ones we have stayed at. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay there again. The view from the rooftop terrace of the Acropolis was amazing.

Cons: Nothing. It was all excellent.

A great place to stay with your family and friends

Pros: It started very bad, the reception, the front office supervisor, but the Guest relations did an impeccable job. They know what they are doing. Breakfast buffet was also very very good.

Cons: Initial allotted roomS were dirty but the later provided room was very clean and quiet.
