Hungary 🇭🇺

Pros: The place is very clean, with simple furnishings and just the essentials you need. If you’re not looking for anything fancy and just want an affordable spot to sleep right in the tourist center, this is a great choice. The neighborhood feels safe and quiet, yet it’s full of charming little streets. You’ll find plenty of bazaars, restaurants, and cozy cafés here at the foot of the Acropolis, and everything is within easy walking distance. The staff are also incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes the stay even more enjoyable.

Cons: The TV was on top of the wardrobe. It would have been nice to have slippers in the room.

Amazing value for money, great location, comfortable and clean.

Pros: The property has a great view of the Parthenon from the balcony, and its also in a perfect location to walk to any historical sights, go out or do some souvenir shopping.

Cons: Although we managed fine, I would prefer if the bathroom was not separate to the room. Its a bit annoying walking through the hallway after just showering.

Fantastic. Recommend.

Pros: The staff were amazing and the hotel is basic but very clean. The location is incredible. The hotel allow you to drop your baggage ahead of check in and until 5pm on day of departure which allows you to explore the city free of luggage which is brilliant.

Cons: I didn't dislike anything. Everything as expected. Thanks.

You couldn't get a better all round stay

Pros: Best location in the Plaka. Close up balcony views of the Acropolis, you felt like you could reach out and touch it. The rooms are small but very clean and we don't visit Athens to sit in our room. If this applies to you then best location and best value to be had!

An amazing place to stay

Pros: Location is outstanding. You can walk to any major site and neighborhood no problem. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is simple but a great option if you go early to the main attractions (which I highly recommend). Bathroom is indeed outside the room, but is private; you even get the key. Unless you’re staying 24/7 inside the hotel is no problem
