Pros: L'appartement est très typé années 50 dans une magnifique rénovation de goût. Le quartier est un quartier résidentiel, très calme (c'est exceptionnel à Athènes), proche du centre historique (15 ou 20 ' à pied), proche du métro (10' à pied), très peu touristique. Il y a quelques commerces, café et restaurants de quartier.

Cons: Les pièces sont relativement petites, sans que cela nuise au confort. La salle de bain est un peu spartiate.
