Happy to recommend

Pros: I booked for two nights and extended to stay for a third night. Really great little place to stay. There's very little to complain about. It's in the process of being modernised but I quite like the character.

Cons: Check out at ten. I overslept. I usually wouldn't book a place with ten am check out. Thankfully he was very kind about it and I only needed to grab my things together.

Pros: A great little place to stay. Nice private room. Shared bathroom, kitchen and dining area. It's a little tired but that doesn't particularly phase me. It has character. Location is good. Clearly there are plans to regenerate and then it will become much more expensive to stay in this area of Athens. It's very well located but the closest metro is around 15 minutes walk and with bags it was more like 40 minutes but I would not let that deter me. There are places to park for those driving and the bus stops nearby. I've stayed in lots of places in Athens and I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

Cons: Some noise outside my room was pretty irritating and I woke up to the smell of toast but there's no toaster. Niggles. Nothing major Very happy overall.

Perfect for a short stay!

Pros: Room #1 does not face the street so it is really quiet and I got a great nights sleep. Perfect for a one night stay before flying out the next day! For the price the value is excellent, sure it is an older style building and some upgrades could be done, but again for that price and location in Athens it really is good value. Sergey who checked me in was very sweet, limited English but he helped me with a big heavy bag and did his best to give me all the information I needed for a comfortable stay which I appreciated.

Cons: I liked everything, but as I mentioned it could do with some updates as things are a bit old and tired.

Overall had a great stay, would definitely stay again, great homey atmosphere, lovely people

Pros: Lovely host, very welcoming, everything you need in the kitchen, close to supermarkets, spacious bathroom, working aircon, nice 30 min walk to beach.

Cons: Shower was either really hot or really cold and very light water pressure, some walls in bedroom are a bit mouldy.

Simple room close to city centre

Pros: Nice, clean room with a balcony. Close to city centre, there is a supermarket nearby, to the metro station by walk in 12 minutes. The room and the shared spaces are very simple, but nice for the amount of paid money. There is also AC in the room, which is perfect for a hot summer night in Athens. The owner is a very kind man and explains everything very nicely

Pros: modern and clean apartment in a beautiful and safe area of Athen.

Cons: we had to wait 1.5 hrs till we could enter our apartment.

Pros: Sergio was a lovely guy who meets and greets you around the corner from the apt. The cost for a very clean room close to the transport option was worth it. If you turn left at the apt and walk to the end of the street and turn right, there are regular buses, 3 stops to metro station syngrou Fix which takes you anywhere. Retro furniture, no frills but clean.

Pros: Perfect area, great clean big room and huge kitchen. Ďakujem.

Pros: Sergey is very good person ( he even helped us with baggages, suggested leaving them( some hours), taking a walk and then picking them up.

Pros: I liked the staff and the cleanliness of the room. AC was working good, and it helped in such cold weather these days. I liked owner's helping when I needed to do something in the kitchen. He was very helpful man and so nice. Guests were welcoming and helpful as well.

Cons: The bed was little bit not comfortable, not so bad and not so good!
