Top Floor Apt with Balcony - Acropolis View & Sunset - Koukaki

I loved the apartment.

Pros: Wonderful ,cosy small apartment at the sixth floor. I am a very light sleeper and slept so well. I felt at home , at peace in my own little universe. Aphrodite is a very friendly and good host. Thank you so much. Linda

A cute little apartment with everything we needed.

Pros: I loved how flexible the owners were when I changed my booking to 2 people very last minute, it was a small additional cost to do so. I loved the neighbourhood and the balcony was just so lovely. The apartment had everything we needed. The tram and metro stop are about a 10 minute walk away. Amazing location.

Cons: Nothing honestly!

Loved staying here and 100% stay here again if I am ever back in Athens.

Pros: I loved staying here at Aphrodite's place! Amazing location, only 15mins from all the main attractions would want to visit when in Athens, such as the Acropolis. Also along the streets as walking up to the main attractions there are cafes, restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. The bed was super comfy and I loved the small touches for in the bathroom, including body wash, shampoo and even conditioner. The shower was also amazing and very much needed after having showers on a boat for 10 days. In the kitchen, there was some bread and jam, cold water, eggs and fruit in the fridge and a sandwich maker and some cooking facilities (if need be) She even so kindly did washing for me and I had a fair bit. She was very accomodating and friendly!

Cons: Absolutely nothing. Everything was great! Just have to make sure you are okay and capable with going up and down a small set of windy stairs to reach the top. But there is a lift all the way to the 5th floor and Aphrodite can help you with your luggage if need be.

Very good for value

Pros: it has everything you need to stay comfortable and good location.

Pros: 10/10, totally recommend fabulous place that is very well equipped and, though small, feels very homey and spacious. The huge private balcony has a pretty view and it's a lovely place to unwind. Also, the location is excellent in a very nice neighbourhood that is lively and quiet at the same time. On top of that all, Aphrodite is a superb host: very friendly, fun, congenial and helpful (and fluent in English)!

Pros: Great location and everything I needed. And there was a cold beer in the fridge. I would definitely choose to stay there again.

Very nice small apartment, with everything you need for a short stay near the center

Pros: Aphrodite was very kind and ensured the apartment was perfectly prepared. It had everything needed for a short stay to explore Athens. The space is well-equipped and thoughtfully curated with attention to detail. There’s room to store your clothes, eat, and relax either inside or on the balcony. Everything was great!

Cons: Nothing really... just some windows might benefit from being renewed, as the glass in certain ones is a bit \

I feel lucky that I could stay again. Very comfortable place for me.

Pros: Second time I stayed there. It feels safe, it’s quite spacious, comfy bed!!! I like the location, residential. Lots of restaurants, supermarkets, Cafes, walkable. 15 minutes to Acropolis! Large terrasse with nice view of Acropolis and monument. Aphrodite tries her best to make sure I am comfortable! The place is very clean also! She leaves some basic foods in fridge, which is nice. Including eggs, wine, Marmelade etc.

Atmospheric and comfortable apartment not far from the main sites

Pros: There is everything you need to prepare yourself a nice breakfast, except fresh bread which you have to bring. There is a spacious roof deck where you can eat and chill.

Cons: Getting to the apartment from the airport by public transport takes awhile

Nice apartment, great location, lovely host

Pros: Amazing location 10-20mins walk from the main sites. Small but perfect for a couple or solo travellers. Surprisingly quiet considering where it is the soundproofing really works. The host Aphrodite was really nice.

Cons: Nothing really. there was a sandwich maker but a toaster would of been good too but that's a small quibble!
