Exceptional Stay – Always a Pleasure

Pros: This is my fifth stay at A Little Taste of Home Guest House, and every single time I am truly delighted. The place absolutely lives up to its name — it genuinely feels like a home away from home. The cleanliness is impeccable, everything is perfectly maintained, and the attention to detail really stands out. I especially appreciate the fact that there is always water and other drinks available in the minibar, which is such a thoughtful touch after a long day exploring Athens. The atmosphere is calm, cozy, and welcoming, making every stay completely stress-free. This guest house has become my first choice whenever I visit Athens, and I am certain that I will continue staying here in the future. Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality!

Cons: The only small recommendation I could make is to replace the TV remote control batteries more frequently, as they were a bit weak during my stay. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Pros: Great communication with host and a very nice apartment. A bit loud, but we were expecting this. :)

It was my second stay at the little Guest house and I would book the property again when in Athens

Pros: Like the neighbourhood had a good vibe lots of young people.Good number of place to eat or a have coffee.Also the metro was a 5 minute walk, a couple of station to Syntagma Square. And I liked the neighbourhood cats in the park area near the metro station

Good place for a two night stop

Pros: Spacious room in an apartment with an en-suite bathroom. Close to a Metro station and good bed and pillows. There's also a dedicated fridge in the room.

Cons: Very close to train tracks, when I was awake I could feel and hear the trains passing by, although this didn't disturb me when I was sleeping.

Pros: A little taste of Home is just a wonderful little surprise convenient to public transport which quickly gets you into the City.

Cons: There was absolutely nothing I didn't like.

A hidden gem!

Pros: A hidden gem! You get to experience what it feels like to be in Athens in another era. Very clean and well-kept, with a fantastic courtyard and a fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for large groups. I’ll definitely be coming back – thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality!

Cosy and convenient with old world charm

Pros: We had a really lovely stay at Little Taste of Home. It’s clean, cosy, and really does feel like a home away from home. The shared kitchen and washing machine were so handy for a longer trip. The location was perfect — just a 5-minute walk to Kerameikos Metro Station, 2 minutes to a supermarket, and surrounded by lots of great restaurants and cafes. The train track runs nearby, which gave the place a unique charm without disturbing us at all. Communication was excellent and the self check-in made everything smooth and easy. A perfect little base for exploring Athens!

Cons: No body soap/wash provided but had shampoo.

Good location , good size room and good value for the money

Pros: The room was very clean and good size. There was also a small court yard which I enjoyed.Also. the neighbourhood had some good eateries and the metro was near by.Good place to stay and the priced was right. I would stay there again.

Pros: Very nice house, well thought through, modern but full of atmosphere. Well situated near to metro station. Very good restaurants and bars nearby, some of them very well indicated in the thorough information booklet in the apartment. Supermarket just on the other side of the street. My husband loved the trains passing every 10 minutes. Benaki Museum for clothes and folklore just around the corner.

Cons: ...trains passing could be considered a minus if you're not a train fan.
