Excellent location, clean hotel, superb staff all around.

Pros: Excellent central location, very clean. The staff in all areas are superb. Could not have asked for more.

Cons: The area outside can be not very clean though it is not their fault.

My general experience during my 4 days stay - positive.

Pros: The room was o.k. Breakfast (buffet) was good. The location is not far from Omonia - on foot.

Cons: The room has a terrace but no chairs/table there. Just 1 chair in the room. The street is very loud because of heave traffic.

Pros: clean . helpful reception .secure parking over the road.

Cons: arrived at midnight and the area did not feel safe. But in the day time the location is very convenient for the centre

Great stay

Pros: The room was spacious and very clean, all staff were friendly and smiling. The breakfast was very good with many choices. The hotel is about 3minutes walking to the Omonoia metro station, which makes it very convenient.

Cons: The internet connection was not the best one.

Helpful beyond expectations

Pros: The staff were friendly, had a lovely approach with us non Greek speakers from New Zealand despite our late check in. Super helpful and went out of there way to make our stay fantastic.
